Rules

• All unboxed (1st time experience) will wear 16oz gloves provided by KO Promotions
• You will wear a vest. Provided by KO Promotions
• You will box 3 x 2 minute rounds
• The referee will judge your bout

Central and Northern area bouts

• 3 x 2 minute rounds (Central area)
• 4 x 2 minute rounds (Northern area)
• Vest & gloves to be decided
• 3 judge point system
